HVAC Lead Installer- Full Time

$15 – $30 an hour

 

Dynamic Flow AC & Heating is looking for experienced installation professionals to join our growing team in North Central Florida. Looking for team players, must have a great attitude, along with great communication skills.

  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug-screening, and have a valid Driver License

Install Helper- Full Time

$10 an hour

Customer Service Representative- Full Time

$10 an hour

 

Looking for an outgoing person to contact existing customers to schedule maintenance visits and update maintenance records. Will also take incoming calls to schedule for maintenance and/or service. Office position from 8 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday.

 

Must be able to:

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or text.

  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.

  • Update pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.

  • Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.

  • Inform customer of deals and promotions.

  • Sell products and services.

  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.

  • Work with service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

  • Close out or open call records.

  • Read from scripts.

  • Handle changes in policies or renewals.

  • Pass a background and drug test
